Sarah Davies Breen (she/her) holds a master of global affairs in international human rights and policymaking from the University of Notre Dame. Sarah’s law school coursework has centered around public law and policy, including U.S. Indian law, U.S. public policy, and international law. During her 2L year Sarah served as President of the UO Women’s Law Forum, and she was an International Human Rights Fellow, supporting the mandate of the UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food, Michael Fakhri. Sarah is passionate about civil and human rights work; she believes that a combination of both law and policy is required for the promotion and realization of those rights. Previously, Sarah had a career in academic affairs at the University of Chicago, where she worked in collaborative research administration and on academic hiring and diversity policies.
