Chelsea Alatriste Martinez was born and raised in Newport, Oregon. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from George Fox University. Prior to law school, Chelsea worked in border policy with the Texas Civil Rights Project, and served as a remote congressional intern for Senator Merkley. Chelsea is passionate about policy analysis and aspires to promote movement lawyering.
