Todd Newmister (he/him) received his B.S. in Environmental Sciences from the University of Toledo. Todd's legal course work and writings have focused on the implementation of the Clean Water Act and Endangered Species Act Section 7 and Section 9 litigation. Post law school Todd hopes to use his legal education to protect the water quality of our nation’s lakes and rivers. During his second year of law school, Todd worked as a research fellow for the ENR Center’s Sustainable Land Use Project.
