Monica J. Parra, a native of Bucaramanga, Colombia, holds a B.A. in Language Teaching from Colombia, and a B.S. in Environment and Natural Resources from The Ohio State University. Prior to law school, Monica worked as a preschool teacher and served as policy analyst fellow for Franklin County Auditor, Michael Stinziano, in Ohio. She has conducted research in housing affordability, ecological restoration, and environmental behavior. Monica is passionate about public service and environmental policy.
