Lierta Nako's (she/her) passion for progressive immigration policy has motivated her to pursue a major in political science with minors in Spanish and legal studies. Lierta is thrilled to join the Wayne Morse Scholars Program and to enter a community of passionate individuals participating in meaningful political discourse and creating tangible social progress before attending law school to pursue immigration law.
