Andrea Welsh holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University and two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Oregon. Prior to law school, Andrea spent twelve years working in Washington, D.C., and abroad with international nonprofit organizations. She is excited to be transitioning back to her native Oregon. During her first year at the Oregon School of Law, Andrea served as a Public Law and Policy Fellow.
